Recruiting Human Resources Managers
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Advise and propose to the Board of Directors on issues of human resource management (HR plan, training plan, remuneration regime, evaluation system, salary income, internal regulations, company culture) ,…)
- Building processes, managing records applying the quality management system ISO 9001:2015.
- Develop and implement the company’s personnel recruitment plan according to the department proposal/development strategy/replacement.
- Develop and implement a new employee training plan.
- In charge of timekeeping and calculating salaries for employees.
- Monitor and resolve issues related to social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance for employees.
- Develop regulations on salary and bonus, measures to encourage – stimulate employees to work, implement regimes for employees.
- Drafting and amending company rules and regulations.
- Support other departments in human resource management and act as a bridge between the Board of Directors and employees in the Company.
- Manage personnel records, labor contracts, fire protection records.
- In charge of organizing company events.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Age 24-34
- Female priority
- Graduated from College or University, majoring in Human Resource Management.
- Have at least 2 years of working experience in HR position
- Firmly grasp the legal regulations, new policies on labor, social insurance, ..
- Agile, honest, careful, hard-working, hard-working.
- Proficient in office.
- Knowing English is an advantage.
